Terrell Jackson is the grandchild of Woodrow and Rosemary Jackson who opened "Seattle's Original" Catfish Corner in 1985. Terrell worked there since he was 14 years old. His grandparents sold the business in 2009. It has since closed its doors.

So satisfying. I've lived in Seattle for three years. Jackson's catfish sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've had since living here. I really want to try the other items on the menu but I don't know if I can resist the catfish sandwich. My next order will probably be a chicken wing meal with onion rings and a side of CATFISH SANDWICH
I ordered their 1/2lb catfish and chose fries as the side. Everything is cooked to order. Perfect amount of crisp and flavorful. I could have eaten it without their tarter sauce that I love so much. Next time I'll try the snapper or catfish filet. The fish sandwich also looks like it could be
